Fascias caps the end of rafters outside a building, which can be used to hold the rain gutter.

The finished surface below the fascia and rafters is called the soffit or eave.

We install both Ventilated and Sealed UPVC soffits - they are guaranteed to be from flaking, cracking or rotting unlike wood, and there is no discolouration. They require no painting and are therefore maintenance free !

The same can be said of our PVC guttering. There is no rusting, flaking or cracking. They don't rot or suffer from discolouration; and most importantly again there is no painting.
